My Journey

I kicked off my fitness journey at the early age of 16, starting with Muay Thai and competing in local events in the Bay Area.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of training with both professional and amateur fight teams, earning my NASM certification, and coaching clients across a wide range of goals and abilities.

From complete beginners to athletes, I've worked with people of all fitness levels, whether they're learning their first punch, building strength with weights, or fine-tuning advanced skills.

Experience and Approach

With over 14 years in the health and fitness industry, my experience spans striking arts, functional training, and strength work using dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells.

I'm constantly learning and refining my craft so I can bring the most effective, sustainable training methods to my clients.
