TURNING ANY SPACE INTO A WORKOUT SPACE

No Home Gym Needed

You do not need a dedicated home gym to start training. All you need is a small, open space where you can move comfortably.

Many of my clients train in their garage, backyard, or any other spot with enough room for basic movements.

Creating a Dedicated Area

If you would like to create a more dedicated workout area, simple additions can make a big difference:

  • Lay down exercise flooring to protect your floors and provide better footing.
  • Use mats to define your training space and keep it organized.
  • Set up in your garage, a spare room, or even on artificial grass in the backyard.

Space for Muay Thai and Kickboxing

For Muay Thai and kickboxing training, you will need at least a 10x10 space so I can lay out portable martial arts mats. These mats add a layer of cushion to help prevent injuries and ensure safety in case of slips or falls.

Find Your Ideal Setup

The key is to choose a space that feels comfortable, convenient, and inviting so you can focus on getting the most out of every session.
