TURNING ANY SPACE INTO A WORKOUT SPACE

You do not need a dedicated home gym to start training. All you need is a small, open space where you can move comfortably. Many of my clients train in their garage, backyard, or any other spot with enough room for basic movements.

If you would like to create a more dedicated workout area, simple additions can make a big difference. Laying down exercise flooring can protect your floors, provide better footing, and define the space. Some clients set up in their garage, others use a spare room, and some take advantage of artificial grass in the backyard.

For Muay Thai and kickboxing training, you will need at least a 10x10 space so I can lay out portable martial arts mats. These mats add a layer of cushion to help prevent injuries and ensure safety in case of slips or falls.

The key is to choose a space that feels comfortable, convenient, and inviting so you can focus on getting the most out of every session.
