What is Fight Flow Fitness?

To prevent crowded gyms and large student-to-instructor ratios, we offer our clients personalized one-on-one training or semi-private group sessions. Each person can expect a unique program tailored to their needs which can include a blend of Muay Thai, strength training, and exercises to enhance flexibility and mobility.

We will ensure that you remain motivated and responsible by implementing our approach to functional fitness. We equip you with the necessary knowledge and resources to adopt a healthier lifestyle, allowing you to maintain balance and enjoy your favorite foods without having to give them up entirely.

How do I get started with your training services?

Initially, we will schedule a consultation via phone to evaluate your goals to determine if this program aligns with your requirements. Afterwards, we will arrange a free training session in person which comprises a physical evaluation and exercise program.

If you think that this method of training doesn't suit you, there's no obligation or pressure to continue!

Do I need any equipment to start training with you?

If you're doing Muay Thai training, a pair of boxing gloves is required, and hand wraps are highly recommended.

If you're more interested in general fitness, kettlebell training, or strength-based workouts, no equipment is required to get started. We can use whatever equipment you already have at home, and if you don't have any, I'll bring over kettlebells and other tools needed for your personalized training sessions.

What should I wear to my training sessions?

We recommend wearing workout clothes that allow freedom of movement, such as shorts or yoga pants and a t-shirt or tank top. Shoes are not allowed on the mats for Muay Thai, but can be used if exercising off the mats.

Can you work with people who have specific medical or physical conditions?

You are accountable for letting us know of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may impact your ability to safely participate in our activities.

We advise you to consult with your physician before commencing any new physical activity.

How much do personal training sessions cost?

Since all training sessions are customized based on your individual goals, training style, and logistical needs, pricing can vary from person to person. Factors like whether you're looking for 1-on-1 private training or small group sessions, the type of training you're interested in (Muay Thai, strength training, kettlebells, etc.), your location, and how many times per week you plan to train all play a role in determining the overall cost.

What is your refund policy?

Our business does not offer refunds, and all sales are considered final. However, we do provide a complimentary session so that potential customers can experience our services.

In addition, we offer smaller service packages for those interested in trying our services for a shorter duration. We allow a one-year period from the date of purchase for customers to use the services before they expire.
